Q: Before working at HLG, what was the most unusual or interesting or weirdest job you've ever had:
A: When I was sixteen I worked at Costco in the floral department! I made sure the flowers were stocked, the display was clean and customers were happy with their flower selections. And I got to enjoy lots of samples!
Q: What is your role at Henley Leadership Group?
A: I am an assistant to Dede and the team. I take care of weekly errands like checking the mail, picking up reports, etc.
Q: What's your favorite thing about working at Henley Leadership Group ?
A: I love working with and for such a strong team of people who lead from their heart. It’s so inspiring!
Q: What have you learned ?
A: One thing I will never forget is how important clean and clear communication is. It has transcended through all aspects of my life.
Q: What are you reading right now?
A: I am reading Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I am loving it. It has made me laugh, cry and think deeply about relationships and identity.
Q: What’s making you happy this week?
A: My apartment is clean with laundry done, groceries in the fridge, and fresh flowers around the house. I am happy to have some time to rest and relax in the home I love with my fiancé and cat.
